Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vipertrading GmbH, Canton of Aargau, Switzerland (“Vipertrading GmbH”, “we”, “us”), as controller, handles personal data when you use Dalyon (the “Service”). We collect only what we need to run the Service.

• Account data — the name, email address, and profile identifier we receive from the third-party sign-in provider you use to authenticate.
• Subscription and billing data — when you subscribe, our payment provider processes your payment details. We receive limited information such as your billing contact and subscription status; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and technical data — technical information collected automatically when you use the Service, such as IP address, device and browser type, and activity logs, used to operate and secure the Service.
• Advertising measurement and consent data — your optional measurement choice is stored in your browser. Depending on that choice, Google Ads may process information such as page and referral URLs, advertising click identifiers, IP address, and device or browser information.

Market data shown in the Service, such as prices and tickers, is not your personal data.

• to provide, secure, and maintain the Service and your account;
• to process subscriptions and payments, and to meet related legal and accounting obligations;
• to protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to improve its reliability;
• with your permission, to measure how our advertising leads people to the Service;
• to communicate with you about your account, changes, and support requests;
• to comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: service providers that host and operate the Service or process payments on our behalf; Google when the Google Ads measurement described below is active; authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the Service; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.

We are based in Switzerland, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. We are not responsible for how these providers handle your personal data, but we make a best effort to use providers located in countries where appropriate data-protection laws are in place.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate or legal purposes, such as billing and tax records. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to any retention the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact operations@dalyon.com.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember security and service preferences, and operate the Service. We also store your advertising-measurement choice so it can be respected on later visits.

With your permission, we use the Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. When you allow optional measurement, Google may use cookies or other browser storage and process advertising data for measurement and personalization. When you decline, advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and analytics storage remain denied.

When optional measurement is denied, Google may still receive limited cookieless signals for aggregate measurement and modeling, but advertising cookies are not written. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookies in the site footer or Cookie settings in the dashboard settings drawer.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
